News in SAFe 5.0 – changes and new concepts
SAFe 5.0 is brand new and released in jan 2020 – based on a lot of input from practitioners and big organizations around the world using the framework.
Some changes are small and important to notice and get benefit from, others are concepts that we can use to increase our impact and value creation. Two new core competencies and one new principles has been added, and a new focus on Business and Customer Centricity, including techniques from Design Thinking, is expanding the framework from development into business.
During the afternoon you will learn about: Business Agility, Design Thinking, Organizational Agility, Continuous Learning Culture and Measure & Grow.
We will dive into and reflect upon:
- What is the new concepts about?
- How can you use them in your own organization?
- What would it take to get started?
This will be an interactive afternoon with discussions and sharing experiences around how we can improve our agile way of working and perhaps spread the mindset to other parts of the organization.
This event will be in Danish or English depending on the participants wishes. Jesper Thaning, Partner in BestBrains Academy will guide you through the afternoon.
