SAFe for Hardware equips professionals in hardware-producing companies with the tools to apply Lean-Agile principles and thrive in today’s fast-changing market. This course focuses on enabling teams to deliver innovative, high-quality hardware solutions while managing complexity, long lead times, and strict compliance requirements.

Participants will explore foundational Agile mindsets, values, and principles, tailored specifically for hardware development. They’ll learn to design for change, allowing hardware systems to evolve in response to market shifts. The course emphasizes incremental specification of solutions, frequent system integration, and continuous collaboration across teams and suppliers.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the course, feel free to find someone to take your place. If you can’t find a substitute within this time frame, we’ll refund all but 1500 DKK to cover our administrative costs.
  • If you cancel within 30 days before the workshop, we can’t provide a refund. However, you may find a substitute.
  • No matter when you need to cancel, if you find a substitute, please let us know ASAP who that person is. It’s up to you to take care of payment arrangements with that person.
  • Registrants who are no shows, are not eligible for a refund and must pay the full course fee.
  • BestBrains reserves the right to cancel courses 7 business days prior to the scheduled date; in this case, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.

Fredrik Viljesjö is an experienced Advisor, Enterprise Agile Coach, and DevOps/Architecture Coach with a broad and deep skill set. With 15 years of experience in development, coaching, and management, he has worked with multinational companies in Stockholm to guide them through their Agile journey.

Viljesjö’s practical approach has given him a thorough understanding of all the practices necessary for Lean-Agile digital business development. His expertise includes enhancing team collaboration, implementing Lean-Agile scaling frameworks, and technical skills such as DevOps and modern software engineering.
