Fokus på dette cafémøde er fælles sprog i arbejdsrelationer\, i særdeleshed samarbejdet på projekter og teams\, men det er relevant i alle typer relationer vi har med andre mennesker. \nKonceptet med at danne et fælles sprog\, findes i mange teorier og har forskellige navne\, såsom i Domain Driven Design\, hvor man kalder det et ‘ubiquitious language’ eller ‘Fælles mentale modeller’ som Amy Edmondson kalder det i Extreme Teaming. \nMange problemer i projekter starter i det små\, med misforståelser og fejl-kommunikationer. Meget af dette ville kunne minimeres\, hvis vi arbejder mere fokuseret på at have et fælles sprog. \nDer er ikke kun én vej til målet\, og dette cafémøde vil være et legende rum\, hvor vi i fællesskab kan prøve idéer af og dele refleksioner og erfaringer fra det virkelige liv.
