Scrum, basic Kanban and Product Owner foundations are covered in guided pre‑work, so newcomers arrive prepared and experienced participants get more live time for applied AI practice.

You leave with reusable AI‑enabled workflows for discovery, backlog work, refinement, communication and decisions.

Course content
Pre‑work (self‑paced, ~3–4 h) — guided foundation in Scrum, basic Kanban and agile Product Ownership
Day 1 – From user needs to backlog‑ready work
- Prompt patterns and context engineering exploring user needs and value
- Summarising feedback and product input
- Drafting product briefs, user stories and acceptance criteria with AI
Between the days (~30–60 min) — apply AI to one piece of your own product input
Day 2 – Refining, communicating and deciding
- Designing an AI‑enabled refinement workflow
- Using AI around Jira or Azure DevOps while keeping the process human‑led
- Turning feedback and data into decisions
- Vision, prioritisation and stakeholder communication
- Responsible AI use and the EU AI Act’s AI literacy requirement
Certification lab (online, 1.5 h after the course) — Scrum/Kanban recap, walkthrough of the case rubric with examples, and guided start on your own case.
