This course is designed to provide Product Owners with a foundational understanding of how to use generative AI technologies like ChatGPT in their daily workflows. We will dive deeper than just immediate AI benefits, focusing on the strategic interaction between human decision-making and AI to support the product development cycles.

By the end of the course, participants will gain valuable insights into orchestrating an AI-powered refinement process and effectively integrating AI tools throughout their product management tasks.
This course is highly interactive and with exercises in a product case or your content if possible.

This course is designed as a full-day workshop but can be adapted to fit a half-day format based on your needs.

Valuable insight into how generative AI (ChatGPT) can be used to assist in your daily work as a Product Owner, and how AI tools can assist in many parts of your backlog management process, not just writing stories and acceptance criteria. Learn how you can set up an AI-enabled refinement process.

Break down Features and User Stories with AI
Write User Stories and acceptance criteria with AI
Incorporate AI in your backlog refinement process
Create a vision, prioritize and forecast with AI

We will also briefly explore how you can use AI in other areas, like stakeholder communication, understanding users etc.
