For the last ten years, Bent has been coaching and mentoring leaders and organizations to achieve the benefits of lean and agile thinking and methods, with clients in Denmark and internationally. He has assisted a large number of companies with transformation programmes and supported Enterprises in their transformation to an Agile and Lean approach. Bent has always been focused on the intersection between self-organization and management, between efficient development and innovation, and how to push the methods to their limits.

With a little help from AI, Jesper has picked up coding again after 20 years – alongside his consulting and teaching. He now combines hands-on exploration of AI with two decades of experience helping organizations adopt lean and agile ways of working.
His experience spans the journey from early ideas and prioritization to development, testing and deployment. Having trained and coached numerous teams and organizations, he helps bridge business and IT through effective product ownership. Today, he builds on this experience to help teams and leaders use AI responsibly and effectively in their everyday work.
