An incremental approach to rolling out SAFe
Demant, formerly known as Oticon, is a prominent player in the hearing healthcare and technology industry. In Demant, we are in the process of an extensive SAFe introduction in the entire Hearing Aid Group, which is all of R&D, Product Marketing, Quality, and Hardware. But that is not where it all started. As in many other places, it began in Software and has since been an iterative process to get everyone on board the SAFe framework. We will tell our story about our process, including which considerations, thoughts, and additional tools we have applied.
