Meetup focus
Introduction to The Leadership Model
Carl Starendal will introduce us to the leadership lab concept and explore The Leadership Model. An empirical leadership model stems from extensive research into leadership in high-complexity and rapidly changing environments at the Swedish Defence University.
Effective Leadership in Organizing Agile Release Trains and Teams
Heidi Kristensen and Jesper Thaning, Partners at BestBrains Academy, will lead a session where we dive into some strategies for effectively organising Agile Release Trains and Agile Teams, focusing on best practices for structuring and supporting Agile teams at scale. They will share valuable leadership insights into what to anticipate when implementing these frameworks and how leaders can proactively address common challenges.
As former Director of Operational Excellence at Schneider Electric, Heidi has led SAFe adoptions and transformations, while Jesper Thaning has advised all phases of software development.
The Science of Destructive Leadership
Carl Starendal will end the session by detailing what really bad leadership looks like in the empirical studies performed in the Nordics. The Science of Destructive Leadership, what to not do as a leader.
