On June 12, we host BestBrains Academy’s free interactive online session in a series where we explore how you can AI-enable Agile teams and leverage AI within an organisational context.

In this session we look at the role of the Product Owner and look into relevant AI use cases and AI tools that can support practices in product management like splitting Features and Stories using story maps, describing needs and requirements. We will try out prompts and reflect on how they can be used in your context. So prepare to bring topics from your domain to put them into play. We will go beyond the immediate benefit of generative AI tools and reason about successful human and AI interaction around product development.
