SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certificering
Deltag i vores danske SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager kursus med tilhørende SAFe POPM certificering og bliv klædt godt på til rollen som Product Owner i et SAFe setup. På kurset vil du lære hvordan du effektivt formulerer “Epics, Features og User Stories” og hvordan du bliver et stærkt bindeled mellem kunder og udviklere ved at forstå hvordan man skaber forretningsværdi i en Lean-Agile kontekst. Kurset lægger ekstra vægt på praktiske øvelser og udfordringer, som danske Product Owners typisk møder i deres daglige arbejde.
Du vil på kurset lære hvordan du som Product Owner bedst integrerer dig i en Agile Release Train (ART), planlægger og udfører iterationer. Vi vil også arbejde med Product Ownerens rolle i en PI Planning for at sikre bedst mulig leverance og eksekvering af “Program Increment” (PI).

Prerequisites
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification exam:
- Attend a Leading SAFe® course
- Experience working in a SAFe environment
- Experience with Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications

Exercises are based on practical knowledge and many years of agile experience
- Apply Lean thinking – Write Epics and break them down into Features and Stories
- Plan Program Increments – Learn how to prepare for PI-planning with Features
- Plan and execute Iterations – Learn how to prepare for Iteration Planning with backlog refinement of Stories
Instructor
Jesper Thaning has been helping organizations adopting Lean and Agile methods for the last 20 years.
The experience covers the whole journey from idea to running code through conceptualization, prioritization, refinement, development, test, continuous integration and deployment. Jesper has trained and coached a large number of teams and organizations on how to apply Lean and Agile principles and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe® to their specific situation. He has focused a lot on the collaboration between business and IT-development – helping organizations to benefit from Lean and Agile methods through effective product ownership.
