Do you play a transformational role in your organisation? When we decide to work in new ways – like implementing the SAFe framework or creating a flatter organisation with more autonomy, we often end up with new structures, processes and titles but with insufficient shifts in mindset, behaviour and culture.

Let’s say you are in an organization using SAFe right now – then you might ask yourself. “Are we really agile? I mean – does an agile mindset really reflect the way we think? The questions we ask, how leadership acts and how decisions are made?”

We all somehow know that moving from a traditional hierarchy and decision structure to an agile organisation is transformational in itself, but how consciously are we really the transformation?

Transformational leadership is a structured, yet very immersive and creative approach to facilitating real shifts in the organisation. It both taps into each leader’s personal role in transformation, but also focuses on four core competencies that leaders can apply to galvanize and guide the organisation from a traditional hierarchy to a new, more progressive and agile state.

In this session, we will answer questions such as:

  • What is transformational leadership?

  • What do I do if I am a leader and employee respectively?

  • How can I start becoming a transformational leader myself?

  • How can I better understand, where my organisation is at – in terms of transformation?

During this session, we will invite you to do some exercises, in part to help you play a transformational role already now.

Jakob runs a Copenhagen based consulting firm – KLINT Associates – helping leaders transform mindset, behaviour and culture to be fit for the challenges of the 21st century.
His work is in the cross-over between individual development and system development, seeing personal growth and learning as equally crucial to system development – especially during a transformation.
