Summary
This course is an online course designed to provide Product Owners with a foundational understanding of how to use generative AI technologies like ChatGPT in their daily workflows. We will dive deeper than just immediate AI benefits, focusing on specific ways of using AI to support the product development cycles – from idea to delivery of products.
By the end of the course, participants will have gained valuable insights into orchestrating an AI-powered refinement process and effectively integrating AI tools throughout their product management tasks.
This course is highly interactive and with exercises in a product case or your content if possible.

- Explore user needs with AI
- Break down Features and User Stories with AI
- Write acceptance criteria with AI
- Backlog refinement process with orchestration of assistants
- Create a vision, prioritize, forecasting and estimating with AI
We will also briefly explore how you can use AI in other areas, like stakeholder communication, making data-driven decisions etc.

- Skills to write and review user stories/test cases more effectively with Prompt Engineering for Product Owners.

Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the course, feel free to find someone to take your place. If you can't find a substitute within this time frame, we’ll refund all but 1500 DKK to cover our administrative costs.
- If you cancel within 30 days before the workshop, we can't provide a refund. However, you may find a substitute.
- No matter when you need to cancel, if you find a substitute, please let us know ASAP who that person is. It's up to you to take care of payment arrangements with that person.
- Registrants who are no shows, are not eligible for a refund and must pay the full course fee.
- BestBrains reserves the right to cancel courses 7 business days prior to the scheduled date; in this case, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.
Instructor
Jesper Thaning has been helping organizations adopting Lean and Agile methods for the last 20 years.
The experience covers the whole journey from idea to running code through conceptualization, prioritization, refinement, development, test, continuous integration and deployment. Jesper has trained and coached a large number of teams and organizations on how to apply Lean and Agile principles and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe® to their specific situation. He has focused a lot on the collaboration between business and IT-development – helping organizations to benefit from Lean and Agile methods through effective product ownership.
Generative AI is the next big thing that is going to transform how we work and as an experienced AI practitioner Jesper now applies AI in many different contexts and guides on effectively using AI within teams.
