Summary
Learn how to effectively use generative AI, such as ChatGPT and other tools, as a Team Coach in your daily work and how to drive an AI transformation of a team.
We will go beyond the immediate benefit of generative AI tools and reason about successful human and AI interaction in a team context.
By the end of the course, participants will have gained valuable insights into how to utilise generative AI responsibly in their roles and support of a team. This includes how to orchestrate an AI-powered team process and lay out an execution plan.
This course is highly interactive and with exercises in your context as a Team Coach/Scrum Master if possible.

We will also briefly explore principles for responsible AI and what to be aware of.

Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the course, feel free to find someone to take your place. If you can't find a substitute within this time frame, we’ll refund all but 1500 DKK to cover our administrative costs.
- If you cancel within 30 days before the workshop, we can't provide a refund. However, you may find a substitute.
- No matter when you need to cancel, if you find a substitute, please let us know ASAP who that person is. It's up to you to take care of payment arrangements with that person.
- Registrants who are no shows, are not eligible for a refund and must pay the full course fee.
- BestBrains reserves the right to cancel courses 7 business days prior to the scheduled date; in this case, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.
