Using AI in business processes with collaboration, confidence and compliance
Sign up for the course

Summary

AI is reshaping the way teams and organisations work – but using it responsibly requires awareness, oversight, and shared understanding. This course empowers professionals across business functions to work effectively and ethically with AI systems.

Over two interactive and practice-oriented online days, you’ll learn how to integrate AI into your daily workflows and decision-making, specific to your work domain.

Through hands-on, role-relevant exercises, you’ll explore how humans and AI can work safely together: recognising system limitations, detecting bias or anomalies, and applying human oversight in accordance with regulatory standards.

The course combines teamwork-focused activities for transparency, risk mitigation, and ethical AI application in real business contexts. You’ll also develop a clear understanding of how the AI Act defines roles and responsibilities – from producer to deployer – and how to document responsible AI use to support audits and compliance processes.

Upon completion, participants will receive a Certification in AI Practitioner, which can serve as documentation that they have completed formal training aligned with AI Act compliance standards for human-AI interaction, governance, and accountability.
