Interactive Online Session: Building AI Agents into Teams

Join us for a session to explore how AI can move from a passive "chatbot" to a proactive team member, that initiates actions and helps the team in day-to-day tasks.

Most of us have tried basic prompting, but the real value of AI is found in Human-AI Orchestration. This happens when we design workflows where AI doesn’t just answer questions, but actively monitors inputs like customer issues, quality anomalies, or website usage and initiates the right team response.

This session offers a practical look at building these “intelligent agents”. We will explore a real-world case showing you how to integrate AI as a proactive “first responder” while maintaining human oversight and compliance.

You will be introduced to the principles of Human-AI Orchestration, providing you with a framework to reason about the possibilities of applying AI within your own team’s specific context, and what to be careful about when delegating tasks to AI.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Passive to Proactive: How to design workflows where AI monitors data (e.g., site behavior or tickets) and initiates team activities.
  • Human-AI Principles: Practical frameworks to apply responsible AI in your own team immediately.
  • Responsible Orchestration: What practices and tools to use to ensure effective “Human-in-the-Loop” to ensure oversight and compliance with the EU AI Act.

This session is ideal for professionals across business functions—from HR and Finance to Marketing and Operations—who want to move from “AI curiosity” to “AI practice.” You don’t need to be a technical expert; you just need a desire to improve how your team collaborates.
