Over the past few months, we have focused on how AI can support and be utilized by the various roles in and around an agile team. We have shared our experiences and knowledge of generative AI at different meetups, as well as in video interviews. This meetup is the last in the series, where we focus on the interaction within an agile team. How can AI support an entire team rather than just individual roles?
On November 27th, we will explore the potential of enabling an entire agile team with AI, ensuring AI is not just used as a tool for individual team members, but as part of a team effort.
You will get a practical demonstration of how to set up a Kanban board where team members and AI can collaborate, resulting in faster and more efficient product delivery.
Our goal is to show how AI orchestration of multiple agile roles can be set up and together we will reflect on whether this could be a way for your team to embrace AI keeping us humans in the loop.
Example: Led by Delivery Lead Søren Brandborg, Merkle will showcase their AI pilot “Egon,” named after a beloved cycling character. Egon aids the team by creating user stories from design inputs, breaking down frontend and backend tasks, and defining acceptance criteria.
Key Topics:
- Principles of responsible and effective AI integration
- AI-enabling an agile team
- Setup of collaborative tool to support team workflow
- AI Orchestration of workflow between humans and AI
- Reflection on how you could use AI in your team
