With the SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) course you develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of business value in a Lean enterprise.
Learn about the activities, tools, and mechanics used to manage backlogs in SAFe 6.0 — by becoming a SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager.
During this course, you will gain
- in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART) and how it delivers business value in iterations and Program Increments
- a practical understanding about the responsibilities of Product Owners and Product Managers – and the difference between the two roles
- insight into what POs and PMs must do, to effectively perform their role
Hands-on exercises during the course are based on practical knowledge and many years of agile experience from BestBrains Academy’s trainers:
- Apply Lean thinking – how to write Epics, Features and Stories with the help of practical templates
- Prepare for PI Planning – how to break Epics down into Features and Stories with Story Mapping
- Prepare for Iterations – how to prepare for Iteration Planning with backlog refinement of Stories together with agile teams
